Student life in More House is very rich. From a wide range of activities to the subdued calm of the rooms, library and chapel, there is lots to keep you occupied.

Part of living in More House means that once a term you will have to perform bar, lodge and bar supper duties.

Bar duty

9pm - 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 7pm - 10.30pm on Sunday, serving drinks and snacks at the More House bar.

6.25pm - 11pm, answering the telephone and buzzing open the door to visitors.

Once a week, as part of the activities in More House, a group of students is selected to cook a meal for the other students and visitors. The meal costs £2.50 and the money goes to charity. Cooks are often grouped according to nationality.
